John began his financial career with OFG Financial Services in 1992, following a number of years in retail sales management. After several years in the business with offices in Tescott Kansas, he moved his practice to Salina Kansas in 2003. Since that time John has built his practice with a focus on retirement planning. As a financial professional John is dedicated to helping individuals and businesses build their financial futures.  To stay on top of his field and develop his professional skills, he regularly attends industry training and certification programs. He also has obtained his series 7 license and is able to transact individual stocks, bonds, and ETF's.

John and his wife, Kelli, have been married since 1986, currently reside in Salina, Kansas, and have four children. John has served on a local school board, helps coach high school football at Sacred Heart High School in Salina, Kansas, is a member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church, the Salina Area Chamber of Commerce, Rotary International, Lions Club, and is a Meals on Wheels volunteer.

Jordan Webb is the Chief Strategy Officer at Pathway Financial Solutions. He has spent the past 12 years guiding clients through individualized wealth management and financial planning. A graduate of Fort Hays State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Chartered Retirement Planning Specialist (CRPC) designation, Jordan focuses on helping individuals navigate their financial journey with clarity and peace of mind. He specializes in personal wealth strategies for clients seeking thoughtful, long-term guidance. Jordan’s approach is grounded in calm, client-first support—offering structure, education, and steady partnership as clients make important financial decisions. In addition to his work at Pathway, Jordan is actively involved in the community, serving on the Diocese of Salina Investment and Finance Council, as well as the Salina Family Health Center Board of Directors and Finance Committee.

Eddie Balluch is a Financial Advisor with Pathway Financial and has been serving clients for nine years, with a focus on group retirement plans. He holds Series 6, 63, and 65 licenses and earned his Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from Kansas Wesleyan University. Eddie is passionate about helping employers and individuals better understand complex benefit structures and financial considerations. His approach focuses on simplifying these topics and providing practical guidance to help organizations and individuals evaluate their options. He chose this profession because he enjoys helping people better understand their financial decisions and strives to bring a transparent, responsive, and client-focused approach to his work. Eddie is active in the local community. He is married with three children and volunteers with Meals on Wheels.

Brad Veenendaal is a Financial Advisor with five years working with the team, where he aims to serve clients by providing clear, disciplined financial guidance grounded in long-term partnership. A 2014 graduate of Kansas State University with a BS in Business Administration and dual majors in Accounting and Finance, Brad began his career in 2015 at Goldman Sachs in Salt Lake City and Houston as a compliance officer specializing in financial crime. This background provides him with a strong analytical foundation and an appreciation for transparency, diligence, and client protection. Brad holds Series 7 and Series 66 licenses and focuses on helping individuals, families, and educators understand their financial options and evaluate planning decisions. Growing up with two parents in education, he values the role learning plays in decision-making and aims to incorporate that perspective into his work by helping clients better understand complex financial topics. He strives to provide thoughtful guidance and a steady, client-focused approach in his work. Brad is active in his community through Bennington Bible Church and volunteer work with Meals on Wheels. Outside the office, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Jordan, and their three children—Eva, Dean, and Lane—and playing golf when time allows.

Rae Duff is a Financial Advisor at Pathway Financial, where she helps clients gain clarity and confidence in their financial planning and long-term goals. She holds her Series 7 and 66 licenses, along with state licenses in Health, Life, and Property & Casualty insurance. Rae joined our team mid-2025 and brings a unique background to the firm, having earned a bachelor’s degree in Music Education with an emphasis in oboe from the University of Oklahoma. She chose this profession because she finds deep fulfillment in helping others achieve their financial and personal aspirations, empowering them to enjoy the life they’ve envisioned. Although not originally from the area, Rae wholeheartedly considers Salina home and plans to retire here because she truly loves the community.

Trevor Webb is a Data Analyst at Pathway Financial, where he supports the firm’s research and analysis efforts to help drive informed decision-making and deeper insights for both advisors and clients. He holds Series 7, Series 65, and Series 66 licenses, along with a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, giving him a strong technical foundation for analyzing data, evaluating trends, and supporting the firm’s investment and operational strategies. Trevor joined our team in 2025 and has quickly become a valuable resource through his analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and commitment to accuracy.
